Publications

Why publish? I led a workshop with that title last year; there are of course many answers (and the first pages from Sally Brown's book 500 tips for getting published offer a good list). I publish for several reasons -- because I have something to say, because it's good for my academic CV, because I like writing, because some topics are really close to my heart. I am talking here about scholarly publications; another section of this website is about poetry and other types of writing.
